Key Responsibilities
- Monitor departmental action plans and report delays with reasons
- Arrange section meetings and manage requirements
- Assist with organizing events and activities
- Maintain meeting minutes and follow up on tasks
- Manage administrative daily tasks following RTA procedures
- Coordinate department projects with other teams
- Maintain and coordinate training records and plans
- Assist in preparing monthly reports on departmental activities

Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Certificate
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with excellent customer service attitude
- Basic computer skills
