Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor departmental action plans and report delays with reasons
  • Arrange section meetings and manage requirements
  • Assist with organizing events and activities
  • Maintain meeting minutes and follow up on tasks
  • Manage administrative daily tasks following RTA procedures
  • Coordinate department projects with other teams
  • Maintain and coordinate training records and plans
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports on departmental activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High School Certificate
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with excellent customer service attitude
  • Basic computer skills
